**Instructional Systems Designer (Designer Instrucional)**

GP Strategies is seeking for an Instructional Designer for one of our clients at Telecommunication field.

Instructional Designer Pleno (Designer Instrucional)
Brazil
The Instructional Designer is responsible for the development of educational solutions as well as a detailed schedule of the educational objetcs that will be developed by the team of content analysts. Following a pre-defined strategy, briefing with customers, ensuring the quality of the results.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Analysis and survey of inputs;
- Participation in briefing for demand understanding;
- Development of content;
- Responsible for chaining the entire educational structure of the content;
- Participation in internal training for self-development;
- Meet agreed schedule;
- Monitoring of on-site activities at the client.
BACKGROUND REQUIRED (years of experience, and which specific áreas).
2 years experience as an Instructional Designer or Content Analyst in corporate education.
Knowledge of authoring tools is desirable (Captivate / Articulate).
SKILLS
Excellent communication, time management, emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationship, proactivity, sense of responsibility.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Graduation complete or studying in: pedagogy, psychology, letters, journalism, communication, marketing and related areas.
AREAS WITH WICH ROLE INTERACT
Directly with the client (requesting and collaborating); internal areas (content development, creation, HR, IT, BI)
