(Learning paths, Leadership and Soft Skills Programs);- Perform content gathering/research and audits;- Design sequence and scaffold a learning experience, including interface design, navigation, and UX copy;- Design standardized learning templates and assets, ensuring consistency in voice, style and brand across deliverables;- Design and Develop courses ensuring that the functionality is in line with adult learning principles, learning science, UI/UX and learner behavior in a corporate environment;- Produces clear, concise, and comprehensive learning materials, including storyboards, facilitator's guide, videos, simulations, role plays, infographics and interactive eLearning courses (Level 2 and 3);- Build formative and summative assessments/quizzes;- Adjust learning content in response to feedback (reviews) and metrics;- Play an active role by contributing to the growth and scale of the CX learning programs with innovative design;- Facilitate TTT;- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.**WHO YOU ARE**:- Previous relevant working experience in instructional design;- Skilled SCORM, HTML5, LMS features and Articulate 360;- Advanced English skills, Spanish as a plus.- Excellent writing and oral communication skills (Portuguese and English);- A flair for writing (concise and structured);- Planning and organization skills.
