_**About the Role**_

We’re looking for a **proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant** to support our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and takes ownership of tasks with a problem-solving mindset.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Manage executive calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare reports and internal communications.
- Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Optimize workflows and implement organizational improvements.
- **What We’re Looking For**_
- **3+ years of experience** as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent **English communication skills** (written & spoken).
- Ability to **anticipate needs, solve problems, and adapt quickly** to changing priorities.
- Exceptional **attention to detail and time management skills**.
