**What You'll Do**:
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Mobile Game Designer to join our team working on Fortnite. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving the experience of all Fortnite experiences on mobile platforms. This covers all mobile needs of Fortnite, including usability, gameplay, technology, and playtesting. Not only will you be facilitating the mobile experience, you will also be encouraging all teams to make our mobile experience as astonishing as it is on the big screen.

**In this role, you will**:

- Own the vision, design, and outcome of all efforts put into improving the mobile experience on Fortnite.
- Join forces with Design and Product to identify and solve any opportunities to improve the mobile experience in Fortnite.
- Collaborate with Design and UI/UX to guarantee the usability of all Fortnite experiences on mobile.
- Work with Production to guarantee we are constantly evaluating the mobile experience, as well as prioritizing and enabling the team to work on any issues found.
- Monitor the Fortnite community and seek out any perceptions or feedback from our players, ensuring player satisfaction and overall game health on mobile platforms.

**What we're looking for**:

- 5+ years of professional game design experience on mobile platforms.
- Experience with feature and gameplay design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with other departments.
- Shine in a collaborative team environment, be self-motivated, and be open to feedback.
- Proactivity is a keyword for this role, we want someone who will find improvement opportunities and actively work on improving them.
- Solution-oriented problem-solving skills, that can react quickly to changing project needs and drive decisions.
- Deep understanding of player motivations, forms of play, and the effects of goal setting on play.
- Familiarity with Fortnite.
- Development experience with Unreal Engine and Blueprints.
- Experience designing multi-platform games.
- Strong documentation skills, including game design documents, presentations, UI mockups, and spreadsheets.
