The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create consistent, meaningful, engaging and locally relevant content for our social media channels
- Ability to build and execute social media campaigns to engage with our community through our social media channels
- Engage with the Influencer Management Team to utilize creators for posts and campaigns
- Work closely with the Campaign team to amplify their efforts by designing social media campaigns around Influencer and Local Activations
- Help the Campaign team localize and make campaigns more locally relevant
- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Create reports for our social media channels and identify trends.
- Ability to create, manage, and post educational content for our existing streamers and for new ones

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above with more than 2-5+ years of working experience managing social media channels, and/or design.
- Have past experience and network working with, or have connections with social media platforms and unique features to them
- Have experience with designing content.
- Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
- Professional, patient, and skillful communication.
- Result-oriented, ability to handle pressure under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English and Portuguese.
