**About the Team**:
We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our Commerce Platform Partnerships Team. Commerce partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and merchants across the globe. As a Partner Manager, you are expected to build and grow strategic relationships with various actors across the E-Commerce ecosystem. Partner Managers will work closely with various internal stakeholders as well as our most strategic partners to develop new ways for consumers to interact with products they love. **Responsibilities**:
Grow direct relationships with strategic partners, including on-boarding and contract work, proactively resolving business, technical, and integration issues and serving as an internal advocate.
Help accelerate the growth of local merchants looking to scale their commercial efforts globally through strategic partnerships.
Work closely with sales and product teams to identify the relevant path to success for our merchants, creators, and TikTok.
Drive product and merchant adoption of commerce integrations and solutions
Provide ongoing education about new and existing TikTok commerce partners
Project-manage complex integrations with various commerce players
Identify opportunities to scale existing solutions to more merchants and creators.
Define complex programs and integration paths with strategic partners to enable TikTok advertising, native commerce, and creator monetization at scale.
Represent Tiktok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.
**Qualifications**:
5+ years of client-facing experience in partnerships, business development, or commerce operations
Experience owning and scaling growth projects in a fast-paced technical environment
Experience developing complex integrations with third parties
You're a builder, incredibly organized and process-oriented.
You are a strategic thinker, but you’re also a doer, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute.
You thrive in an environment with changing priorities and responsibilities, and you’re able to make and stand behind decisions without a clear roadmap.
Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.
Quantitative/analytical experience.
Experience working as part of an international team.
Strong e-commerce product acumen, from payment solutions to fulfillment services.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, affiliate technologies, and/or creator monetization is a plus.
Experience dealing with native payment solutions and integrations a plus
Experience dealing with commerce live streaming a plus
Fluency in Portuguese and English required
