**Post description**
Within ASN, the Oil & Gas Business Unit is in charge of managing following main missions: Defining ASN’s products and solutions strategy to address O&G market, marketing solutions toward O&G market, managing commercial and operational relationships with O&G customers, tenders and contracts, execution of projects with O&G contents, service's supply for Permanent Reservoir Monitoring (PRM) and Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) product lines, developing and qualifying Fiber Sensing products and solutions and coordinating with other ASN’s directorate for successful delivery of our commitments to O&G customers.

Considering the business development opportunities identified in Brazil and the signature of a major EPCI contract with Petrobras for the delivery of a Permanent Reservoir Monitoring (PRM) system on MERO field, ASN is setting-up an operational subsidiary in Rio in Brazil.

Within the Oil & Gas Business Unit, the ASN Brazil General Manager has following main responsibilities under O&G BU VP supervision:

- He/she represents ASN in Brazil.
- He/she coordinates the setup of ASN Brazil’s operation processes with ASN’s directorates (Finance, Procurement, HR,).
- He/she is responsible for managing all ASN Brazil’s operations and for supporting ASN’s operations in Brazil.
- He/she manages business development in Brazil under the direction of O&G Sales and Marketing director.
- He/she recruits and manage ASN Brazil staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training.
- He/she establishes and manage ASN Brazil annual budgets.
- He/she builds professional relationships with staff and clients in Brazil.
- He/she always maintains a good image of ASN Brazil.

**Wanted profil** Experience**
- 5 years’ experience as country manager in Brazil.
- 5 years’ experience as account manager or project manager with Petrobras.
- Experience in international trade (legal, financial, tax, risk management).

**Skills/Competencies**
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering.
- Customer oriented.
- People management skills.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Enjoy teamwork and sharing information.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Good knowledge of subsea O&G production systems.
- Good knowledge of O&G reservoir monitoring solutions.
