- Manages the affiliate’s Company Management System (CMS) (Approx. 370 documents).
- Contributes to the design and review of the affiliate’s procedures
- Provides training concerning CMS matters
- Internal Control Framework
- Manages Corporate Governance’s Communication Site (Sharepoint)
- Participates in the SOX Activity Level Controls (ALC) testing campaigns
- Upload/update information of SOX controls in the SOX CM+ tool
- Provides support for the use of SOX CM+ tool
- Assists in SOX Campaigns
- Assists in External Audit campaigns
- Delegations of Authorities (DOA)
- Manages Delegation of Authorities tool (MySAPAuthorities)
- Manages interims notes in MYSAPAUTHORITIES tool.
- Follow-up the existing DOA’s backlog
- Executes routine activities concerning Delegation of Authorities and Interim Notices

**Context and environment**
- University graduation in Administration, Accounting or Economics
- Experience in Internal Control
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Good level of French is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Enhanced oral and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to perform multiple tasks against deadlines
