About the Team
The TikTok operations team for music carry distinct roles and responsibilities that revolve around the influence of music in our business operations. Our team members are located in both Mexico and Brazil, working together to make a significant impact in the music industry within the Latin American region. We are a dynamic and music-centric team, consistently achieving high performance within the music business. Underlying our vision for the entertainment industry, driven by technology, is our ambition to establish TikTok as the foremost global promotion platform. We work in our daily basis to keep artists active in app and create new music trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute for artist growth & engagement and music related initiatives for TikTok in Latin America region
- Monitor and analyze data to measure the artist engagement in TikTok, providing strategic guidance to our partnership team for improvement.
- Responsible for key artist engagement and music related metrics, such as daily active engaging artists, artist engagement & music related feature penetration etc
- Work with product team to roll out new artist engagement and music related features in TikTok
- Understand and stay current on various regional markets and industry trends, the competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts to evaluate business opportunities and conduct product go-to-market research to drive product decisions.
- Effectively communicate roadmaps, product priorities, experiments, and decisions with the product and development team, and identify potential areas for improving our product capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Over 5 years of work experience in internet companies
- Deep knowledge of all operations tied to product development and user operations
- Experience working with product management and data analytics tools
- Proficiency in English communication and presentation
- Have strong passion for music
