We are seeking an innovative and results
- and process-oriented business leader to organize all teams within our Business Development Projects department. This person will be responsible for centralizing all activities and outputs for the team for executive meetings and leading cross-functional projects for Business Development.

**Job Description**:

- Support multiple projects, activities, and priorities of the BD Projects Team;
- Develop data-backed spreadsheet controls and support the business teams in executing the strategies;
- Develop and consolidate presentations and reports to senior management;
- Organize, control and manage team activities, processes, documents, and routines;
- Work across functional teams to handle new initiatives/projects / business objectives;
- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements and risks, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions;
- Manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced Excel skills;
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can-do attitude;
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity;
- Passion to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment;
- Fluent English, Spanish is a plus;
