**Job Description Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Development and adherence of the OneGE Safety Outage plan;
- Scope management in planning, organizing, and supervising field team;
- Closely interact with project planner in the development and maintenance of resource-loaded schedules;
- Manage costs incurred and forecasted;
- Work with multi-functional project team and understand all deliverables that could affect field execution;
- Prepare project location prior to field team mobilization (i.e. infrastructure, tooling, etc.);
- Actively participate in design processes, development of new lessons learned, and the Feedback of Experience process;
- Manage site documentation (i.e. Quality, EHS, daily reports, time-keeping, expense reporting, etc.)
- Actively participate in defining special tooling requirements with the Methods & Special Tooling team;
- Promote margin-improvement opportunities, cost-optimization initiatives, and additional scope opportunities;
- Contribute to the training program, as required;

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree in a technical or management field (or equivalent experience);
- Field Management experience;
- Cost control experience;
- Experience with technical concepts (including Hydro Machines, turbines, generators, etc.);
- Excellent leadership skills;
- Strong EHS culture;
**Desired** **Characteristics**:

- Experience with Hydro turbine & generator field execution
- Project Management experience;
- English and Spanish desirable
