**Job Description**:

- Perform full-set account, and responsible for all aspects of accounting functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
- Supervises the completion of reporting requirements to HQ
- Perform reconciliation for intercompany account, bank balances, trade receivable and trade payable balances.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting transaction and documents in compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
- Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders such as customers, suppliers to ensure collections and payments are performed accurate and timely.
- Treasury function - Monitoring of cashflow and coordination with Banks to ensure repatriation of funds to HQ is performed timely.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
- Qualifications and Attributes
- Degree in Accounting / Finance with minimum 3 years of related experience in area of financial reporting for a small to mid-tier company.
- A self-motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and cross-cultural fluency.
- Advantages: Experience with any accounting software.
- Advantages: Experience with working/collaborating with multiple internal/external stakeholders
- Must have
- Ability to speak and write in English.
- A self-starter, able to make judgments and prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
