We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and decision-making in our pharmaceutical operations. This role will provide strategic insights to optimize resource allocation and drive sustainable growth in a highly regulated environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles across commercial functions.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives: pipeline investments, product launches, and market strategies.
- Own the Management Cash Flow (MCF) process, ensuring accurate forecasting, variance analysis, and alignment with business priorities.
- Provide monthly performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency required.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
