Currently, we are looking for a **Carrier Sales Representative** to join the team of one of our U. S.based clients. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative logistics environment with a strong focus on communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving.

  • Source and secure truckload capacity with both new and existing carrier partners
  • Handle digital bookings and negotiations with unassigned carriers
  • Build and maintain relationships with truckload carriers
  • Match available capacity to open loads in the TMS and assign the most suitable carrier
  • Clearly communicate load details, pickup instructions, and shipment expectations
  • Track and trace shipments already bid on and won to ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitor driver status and electronically connect drivers to the tracking app
  • Issue Comcheks/T-checks for lumpers as required
  • Coordinate lumper payments during peak hours (5 AM-8 AM and 5 PM-9 PM)
  • Gather PODs and accessorial paperwork from carriers
  • Identify and resolve shipment-level issues in collaboration with internal teams
  • Provide pickup documentation and ensure on-time load execution
  • Negotiate pricing with carriers based on current market conditions
  • Maintain accurate records of carrier communication and load details

**Required Qualifications**

  • 0-2 years of experience in a Carrier Sales or logistics-related role
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and transportation regulations
  • High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or above)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics platforms (TMS systems preferred)
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
