Currently, we are looking for a **Carrier Sales Representative** to join the team of one of our U.S.based clients. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative logistics environment with a strong focus on communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
- Source and secure truckload capacity with both new and existing carrier partners
- Handle digital bookings and negotiations with unassigned carriers
- Build and maintain relationships with truckload carriers
- Match available capacity to open loads in the TMS and assign the most suitable carrier
- Clearly communicate load details, pickup instructions, and shipment expectations
- Track and trace shipments already bid on and won to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor driver status and electronically connect drivers to the tracking app
- Issue Comcheks/T-checks for lumpers as required
- Coordinate lumper payments during peak hours (5 AM-8 AM and 5 PM-9 PM)
- Gather PODs and accessorial paperwork from carriers
- Identify and resolve shipment-level issues in collaboration with internal teams
- Provide pickup documentation and ensure on-time load execution
- Negotiate pricing with carriers based on current market conditions
- Maintain accurate records of carrier communication and load details

**Required Qualifications**:

- 0-2 years of experience in a Carrier Sales or logistics-related role
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and transportation regulations
- High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or above)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics platforms (TMS systems preferred)
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
