The Product Manager will be responsible for bringing great products to market that maximize value and delight customers, setting a strong product vision and winning strategies, representing the voice of the customer in all decisions, and measuring the value delivered by products. The Product Manager ensures the product’s business case benefits are realized.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Owns the feature vision/strategy for the platform; collaborates with Regional Product Manager/Product Owner on overall product vision
- Owns relationship with customers, deeply understands their needs, intakes demand
- Conducts market research, competitor assessment to define unique value proposition
- Defines business outcome, measure of success/KPI
- Owns P&L for product and responsible for maximizing product value
- Collaborates with Product Owner and Regional Product Manager to create product roadmap with feasible timelines
- Makes the case for increase in team size/roles or funding through MVP
- Helps define market adoption strategy (where, when) with Product Marketing Manager
- Monitors product adoption (with Product Marketing Manager)
- Owns the outward communication of product progress and value to stakeholders

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES**
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager
- Domain knowledge around the product that will be owned (Mais Abraços)
- Experience with Digital Marketing (SEO, MEDIA, CONTENT, CRM, SOCIAL, etc)
- Experience with E-COMMERCE
- Experience with product life cycle management - product vision, product roadmap, market strategy and prioritization
- Ability to define KPIs, measure ROI, maintain budget and P&L
- Experience with building user/customer profiles (i.e. personas), understanding how to identify user/customer pain points
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams (including Architects, UX Engineers, Engineering Managers, Business Partners, etc.) responsible for Product Development.
- Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Outstanding organizational, communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building and collaboration skills at all levels
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
