**Job Description Summary**

Lead and enhance reporting processes for LATAM Logistics. This role will play a critical part in driving sustainability, standardization, and efficiency in financial reporting and forecasting for logistics costs.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Own key components of the LATAM Logistics forecasting process, including planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Provide visibility and insights into performance drivers across Logistics costs (variable and fixed).
- Partner with Supply Chain finance teams to drive collaboration and standardization across finance reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Support finance transformation initiatives by designing and implementing centralized reporting improvements for LATAM Logistics.
- Prepare and present financial analyses and insights to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the LATAM Logistics Operations team to analyze historical cost trends, variable cost productivity, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other numeracy-based disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years of financial work experience, or FMP graduate with 2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive change in complex organizations.

Desired Characteristics
- Experience in logistics finance or operations.
- Familiarity with cost accounting and performance metrics in a supply chain context.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
