Requisition ID: 27980- Job Location(s): Osasco, BRDanfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Specialist to develop and manage WWW segment in Brazil.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Responsible for the Water & Wastewater sales activities in public and private companies;
- Support and coordinate all bidding process;
- Develop relationships and establish contacts with all hierarchy of strategic customers;
- Specification of frequency converters, soft-starters and electrical panels, some knowledge in automation and water treatment process is a differential;
- Responsible for technical equalization between our products and competitors;
- Availability to travel around 60-70% of the job time (must have own car);
- Support all sales team included representatives and distributors;
- Responsible for all commercial process, quotations & orders;
- Act according to the company´s Ethical guidelines and its quality policy;
- Develop the segment in the market, analyze the macroeconomic environment and impacts to the market with a clearly Business Plan;
- Responsible for updating Sales Force and Pipeline;
- Alignment with the global team & strategy.
**Background & Skills**:
- To be considered for this position, you must have at least a bachelor´s degree in Engineering, have outstanding communication and sales growth oriented;
- Technical sales experience and good feeling to identify what customer needs;
- Understanding of the WWW segment;
- Collaborate with other colleagues in a matrix organization;
- Commercial & Flexible to solve problems;
- English Advanced;
- Ability to speak in public and make lectures for the customers.
