**Descrição da vaga**:
Estamos em busca de um(a) **Sales Enablement Specialist** que será peça-chave no desenvolvimento e capacitação da nossa força de vendas. O(a) profissional ideal terá forte domínio de técnicas de vendas, paixão por desenvolvimento de pessoas e experiência prática em treinamento de equipes comerciais.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Criar, implementar e otimizar programas de capacitação para a equipe de vendas;
- Traduzir estratégias comerciais em treinamentos eficazes e práticos;
- Atuar diretamente no onboarding de novos vendedores e na reciclagem contínua da equipe;
- Identificar lacunas de conhecimento e propor soluções personalizadas de desenvolvimento;
- Trabalhar em parceria com líderes de vendas para garantir alinhamento entre os objetivos de negócio e os treinamentos aplicados;
- Acompanhar indicadores de performance relacionados à efetividade dos treinamentos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência sólida com **técnicas de vendas e desenvolvimento de times comerciais**;
- Vivência na criação e entrega de **treinamentos presenciais.**:

- Excelente comunicação, didática e habilidades interpessoais;
- Perfil analítico e foco em melhoria contínua;
- Capacidade de atuar de forma colaborativa com áreas como Marketing, RH e Vendas.

**Diferenciais**:

- Experiência com a ferramenta de CRM;
- Experiência no setor comercial de vendas

Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Efetivo CLT

Pagamento: R$2.150,00 por mês
