**Requisitos**:

- Education in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical /Mechatronics /Production);
- PMP® certification is desirable but not mandatory;
- Several years of product development experience with the capability to lead technical development;
- Experience in development in automotive industry, Truck or Heavy vehicle experience preferred;
- Strong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing working culture;
- A leader with courage, integrity who can lead and drive changes together with the team;
- Team oriented with proven interest in people development;
- Result oriented and Always looking for improvements in our way of working;
- Understand the need of stakeholder management in different levels;
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and with good influencing skills;
- Well-organized, self-motivated leader with excelente presentation skills;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

**Atividades**:

- Ensuring the team has a Strong business mind-set and takes the product ownership for your respective components and systems;
- Being an inspiring leader, having apositive atitude and having a passion for developing people as well as technology;
- Support your employees in technical discussions to make the right technical choices;
- Ensuring that all members of the team have adequate training/knowled ge to complete their assigned tasks;
- Driving Continuous Improvement activities with the objectives to always enhance our way of working and deliver on time;
- Cross-functional coordination with counterparts in Other departments and/or suppliers to facilitate and meet Project time plans;
- As Group Manager, you are responsible for the development of the team and the long-term technical strategies within your área;
- With us, you need to be an accessible Manager who leads and, with focus on individual development, forms a high performing team;
- You are responsible for ensuring that resources in short and long term are positioned correctly to support the Local and Global developments;
- You will create the conditions necessary for the team for them to be able to develop and to meet the requirements of quality, efficiency and shortened lead times;
- The responsibility includes the Product Modifications, Project Management for all Vehicle Engineering team, Product Documentation definitions and approvals, Advanced Engineering development and Special Vehicle Development.
