Scope: Customer Experience - UniOps

Background:
Trade Promotion Management (TPM) usage has a direct impact on Unilever’s ability to optimally use its Trade Promotion budgets in the various geographies. As such global TO is impacted by the success of the solution. This requires a robustness in both the solution as well as delivery approach and a resilience in operations.

With the introduction of the Integrated Operations Programme earlier this year, TPM as a programme will now fall under this remit and will be governed by the associated governance group. This has been badged as PROMOTION AS A SERVICE and the objectives are to:

- Liberate cost and time to drive growth with customers
- Improve reliability of service
- Enhance User Experience

There will be significant process transformation for a market to undertake to meet the objectives and align their organisations to the to-be operating model. The TPM tool will support this transformation and unlock business benefits by delivering an efficient, robust tool that will allow promotions to be created and maintained in an optimal way.

Main purpose of job:
Key accountabilities:

- Owner of the TPM Brazil plan to deliver ACTPM solution as part of iOPS program.
- Support the Lead IT Business Partner and CD Business in developing the IT vision and strategy for the TPM Brazil delivery.
- Accountable for overall delivery of tech aspect of project on time, in full and on budget, from Idea phase to completion.
- Partner with Market Delivery Leads to orchestrate and land the ACTPM Brazil for the country.
- Responsible for the TPM Brazil budget Management and Project financials
- Hold Accenture to account on delivery and issue resolution for market deployment
- Organize and lead the resources from different organizations to establish delivery phases, as part of the roadmap in the region.
- Work with functional SMEs, CoE and platform SMEs to deliver the solution to a market and resolve issues
- Work with Product Owner and Leverage the product roadmap to bring further capabilities to the region.
- Manage escalations within IT and iOPS Tech stakeholders.

Experience and qualifications required:

- Hungry to learn, passion for innovation
- At the forefront of new technology, and the influence this can have for the markets.
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills
- Strong relationship and team building skills
- Business Partnering or account management experience
- Successful track record of leading mid /large-size business change projects
- Proven ability to work well as part of a global and /or regional virtual team
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships with stakeholder(s) across diverse functions
- Experience of managing external service providers delivering projects and support
- Good knowledge of productivity tools; Microsoft Office, MS Project, Jira etc.
- Advanced English and Portuguese
