Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking for a DSP Payment Manager to join our Brazil Transportation team. The Last Mile Payment Manager is responsible for ensuring that all DSP 2.0 accounts are set up accurately and the payments submitted on time and with accuracy, including fixed monthly, variable, and incentive payments. They also manage DSP invoice queries and exceptions and work with other teams (Network Health and BC) to follow up and close requests from DSPs. Finally, they collaborate with the pricing team to create station-specific rate cards to adjust for different costs of living/city tiers. We expect our managers to identify ways to improve our operations continually.
Key job responsibilities
- DSP Payments / Disputes
- Define Rate Cards / Incentives
- Payment reports
- Analyze and report breach of contracts
- Support audit process
- Request corrective actions
- Troubleshooting problems through to resolution, escalating as necessary
- Ensuring compliance throughout the global process standards and working on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Good analytical and problem solving skills with a capability of setting priorities and working under pressure;
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Hard working and self-motivated
