**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to design and implement a paid marketing strategy through major paid online marketing channels (Search, affiliation, paid social media, display, paid mobile marketing and retargeting) with a clear goal: drive customer conversions, improving marketing efficiency and decreasing customer acquisition costs.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Design and implement Tabas paid marketing strategy through major paid online marketing channels (Search, affiliation, paid social media, display, paid mobile marketing and retargeting) with a clear goal: drive customer conversions, improving marketing efficiency and decreasing customer acquisition costs;
- Set up and implement advertising platforms and manage the day-to-day execution of paid marketing campaigns inside major paid mkt platforms - i.e. Google, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin, setting bidding rules, keyword traffic review, ad copy, landing page KPI review, reporting, etc;
- Partner with tech team to define and measure critical kpi and goals through the paid marketing acquisition funnel, in order to track, optimise and meet paid marketing campaign objectives, effectiveness and budget targets;
- Develop weekly paid marketing reports to constantly align with key stakeholders campaigns KPIs, effectiveness in comparison to business goal, and budgets status.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- +3 years of strong experience in digital performance marketing, online customer acquisition and conversion, preferably in eCommerce ;
- Deep knowledge in at least 2 of the following channels: Display, Paid Social or SEM;
- High attention to detail and able to meet strict deadlines;
- Strong analytical mindset/ data driven;
- Good organisational skills including prioritising, time management and multitasking;
- Great communicator, friendly and approachable;
- Excel professional knowledge;
- Fluent in English
- Degree in Business/Engineering/IT/Science/Advertising/Marketing
