A Johnson & Johnson está recrutando um Analyst Finance Business Partner, localizado em São Paulo.

Ao ingressar na J&J, você se junta a uma equipe dedicada a ultrapassar limites e alcançar metas arrojadas. Seu trabalho contribuirá para o crescimento da nossa Unidade de Negócios Cardiovascular e Soluções Especiais (CSS), onde você irá colaborar com a equipe dedicada da BU e será um membro ativo da franquia. Como analista financeiro, você desempenhará um papel crucial na tradução da estratégia da unidade de negócio para o nosso P&L, permitindo que a análise econômica alavanque o crescimento da franquia e enderece suas necessidades financeiras.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Construir e acompanhar previsões de P&L, realizar análises de BvA e criar relatórios financeiros mensais, visando fornecer aos líderes da BU as informações-chave para impulsionar a tomada de decisões rentáveis.
- Conectar-se com parceiros de negócios para fornecer orientação financeira e influenciar o processo de tomada de decisão.
- Executar análises financeiras para apoiar decisões de investimento, incluindo avaliação de CAPEX, NPV, IRR e Payback.
- Participar de fóruns e reuniões recorrentes com a BU para capturar impactos passados futuros, ajudando a mitigar riscos financeiros e explorar oportunidades.
- Colaborar com a o time comercial e líderes da franquia para definir estratégia de preços e tomada de decisões táticas.
- Ingressar nos projetos estratégicos de curto e longo prazo para auxiliar na definição de premissas, criação de cenários e subsequente execução das iniciativas.
- Otimizar e automatizar relatórios financeiros, garantindo a confiabilidade e prontidão das informações.

**Qualifications**:
Educação:

- É necessário ter bacharelado em Administração de Empresas, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas afins.

Experiência e Habilidades:
Obrigatório:

- Conhecimento avançado em Microsoft Excel.
- Conhecimento avançado em Power BI.
- Experiência anterior com pelo menos 2 anos de atuação em áreas de planejamento financeiro, financial business partner, controladoria ou áreas relacionadas.

Diferenciais:

- Conhecimentos avançados da língua inglesa.
- Experiência anterior trabalhando com TM1.
