The Project Manager - Construction (PMC) is responsible for the delivery of the project, and timely close-out, along with the Project Manager, who is ultimately responsible for the project. As such, the PMC will be responsible for ensuring that the project meets the Guidelines and standards which may be adjusted from time-to-time based on best practices and Lesson Learned drawn from previous projects.
- Attend Site Inductions and share safety values
- Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring others and enforce IFE program on projects
- Daily site walks with focus on HRAs, and general safety
- Set expectations for Safety Manager. Drive Safety Manager / GC for Compliance, and continual improvement
- Incident Reporting / RCA (coordination with site team) / Sharing
- Support Executive site safety walks
- Site Logistics Plan review
- EHS Plan review
- Review of HRA 3 Week Look-A-Head program
- Milestone Development
- Schedule Development
- Basis of Schedule
- Schedule Health Checks
- Attend daily DABS
- Collaborative Planning meetings
- EVM Reporting
- E2E Schedule Alignment
- 3 Week Look-A-Head review
- Risk Management Workshop / Logs / Resolutions
- Craft / Procurement monitoring
- Conduct daily site walks for progress validation
- Monitor Permits being issued
- Monitor Utilities being provided at site
- Accountability for Schedule

**Qualifications**:

- University degree and PMP certification, in a field related to construction.
- Experienced managing multiple stakeholders and work stream managers.
- Ability to be highly effective in a client facing role.
- Corporate Interiors and Tenant Improvement experience is a plus.
- Hotels construction experience is preferred
