**What Part Will You Play as a Program Manager?**
- **To manage activities between multiple projects in Latin America related to payments industry/processing platform migration, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation.**
- **Strategically guide project managers to ensure they are all working effectively toward the program’s objective, monitoring the progress and performance against it;**
- **Acts as a liaison with other areas at TSYS, to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project;**
- **Works with stakeholders and identifies and establishes priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones and ensures the project is delivered to the internal and/or external client’s satisfaction.**

**Minimum Qualifications**
- **Bachelor's Degree;**
- **Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable;**
- **Previous experience in the Payments/Card Industry;**
- **Wide experience as Project Manager;**
- **Good communication, resilience and leadership skills;**
- **Advanced English and Spanish Level (Speaking, Listening and Writing).**
- **Availability for traveling.**
