Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.

- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis
- Assisting with new projects and initiatives.

**About you**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Infrastructure OnPrem (Server and networking)
- Windows Server knowledge for setup and troubleshooting
- DB experience: SQL, Procedures, Views, Functions.
- ACL (AD and Local Server)
- Good understanding of TPC/IP enough for basic troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Scrum).
- Experience with Azure/AWS.
- Fluent English

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Automation skills (PowerShell).
- Cloud (Azure and/or AWS)
- Knowledge of C#,.NET, API development, GitHub Actions, Repositories.
- Knowledge in Monitoring and Analytics tools (DataDog, Splunk, Tableau);
