We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Scent division as Regional Finance Manager, Latin America.

As Regional Manager, you will primarily be the BU Finance regional advisory, embracing continuous process improvements in all aspects of the role, you will focus on providing financial reporting, planning, analysis, and insights to improve the region’s financial performance. This position is based in Tambore site, São Paulo, reporting to the BU Regional Finance Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as Finance business partner providing day-to-day financial leadership and guidance to the BU
- Provide financial tracking of sales and margins, including sales variance bridge, with insightful analysis and advice
- Manage customer Rebate balance process
- Lead confection and presentation of Monthly Business Reviews
- Coordinate annual sales, cost and expenses Budget process, managing the risk & opportunities
- Manage the region’s Sales Incentive Program

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven track record of Business Finance or/and Accounting experience in a multinational company
- Years of work experience in a similar role (Business Finance, Accounting Controller, Plant Controller, Business Controller)
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or, a highly analytical field or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in product costing and manufacturing is a plus
- Business acumen with the ability to recognize or understand the business dynamics, strategy, priorities & goals, and consequences of business finance advisory
- Fluency in English and preferably Spanish due to the scope of the role
