We have an exciting opportunity for a Naval Architect Intern to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and be part of the ABL Group.

**What will you be doing?**

As a Naval Architect Intern, you will assist in delivering business objectives by supporting technical and administrative functions within the Maritime department. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global consultancy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting technical analysis and performing engineering calculations as required.
- Conducting technical research to assist ongoing projects.
- Managing document control and related administrative tasks.
- Participating in other duties as assigned by the team.
- Occasional onsite attendance and vessel survey training.

**What are we looking for?**

We seek a motivated and well-organized intern with a “can-do” attitude, who is currently pursuing a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering or other engineering degree. You should be eager to learn, have a strong interest in the maritime and energy sectors, and be prepared to contribute to real-world engineering challenges.

You will also bring:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy, ideally with some exposure to engineering software tools.
- A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
- A willingness to engage in both office-based and field-based learning experiences.

Desirable:

- Proficiency in English.
