
Regional Pricing and Incentives Manager

**About the Role**:
The fundamental goal of Regional Managers in Marketplace is to help the team to set and build the future of our pricing, incentives, fares and maps for Uber in LatAm. By working closely with product teams all over the world and regional teams spread around the region, we aim to deliver the best experience for our customers in the most efficient way.
**What You´ll Do**:
- ** Strategic Ownership**:Help develop, lead, and execute strategy to achieve business priorities in LatAm
- ** Problem Solving**:Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend best approach
- ** Process Optimization**:Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across LatAm and beyond, regularly reviewing performance
- ** Product Improvement**:Proactively search for new features or improvements that could enhance the experience on and efficiency of our marketplace, measure their impact and collaborate with Product teams around the world to implement launches in LatAm
- ** Stakeholder Management**:Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal to scope, test and implement initiatives
**What You’ll Need**:
- ** Education**: We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply
- ** Years of Experience/Industries**: Three or more years of professional experience
- ** Communication**:English proficiency. Able to interpret and present data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner.
- ** Data-Driven Mentality**:Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture
- ** Executional Excellence**:Ability to work and accomplish multiple tasks in parallel, delivering results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards
