Staffing Solution Architect at BairesDev

We are looking for a Staffing Solution Architect to join our Staffing team. You will be responsible for defining the client requirements for Staffing Augmentation purposes, making sure we are aligned on all fronts and are more effective in our Talent Acquisition efforts.

What You Will Do:

- Hold meetings with Clients to gather technical information, understanding their needs and translating it into requirements.
- Document and keep updated all info gathered in client meetings, so the Staffing team is aware of the latest information provided by the client.
- Work together with the Sales team to improve the time to market of the resources our clients need, considering the feasibility of their requests.
- Report to the SEO Director ensuring all strategic deliverables are implemented.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 5+ years of work experience.
- Previous work experience in the IT industry.
- Previous work experience with at least one technology/programming language.
- Interest in working in a Solution Architect type of role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced English level.
