**Responsibilities**:

- Improve the performance and cost control in LATAM operation
- Create indicators and have governance methodology
- Be an engaged and have a collaborative spirit, focus to support all interfaced areas
- Ensure an effective, productive, and lean process in the Transportation and Customs departments

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production Engineering, Operations Management or General Business
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience role within warehousing, logistics, transportation, customs, or supply chain activities
- Fluency in English and Spanish

**Competencies**:

- Solid communication skills
- Experience working with different areas/customers
- IT capabilities and knowledge in ERP systems
- Investigative skills and the ability to coordinate optimization and changes
