**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Data Manager, you will be responsible for leading the People Analytics team in designing strategic projects and conducting data analysis to support data-driven decision-making. You will be leading a team of four members and owning the delivery of People Analytics studies that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for building, tracking, and reporting on people metrics indicators, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across data reporting.
**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
The People Analytics team is a part of the People Analytics and Projects team, which was created six months ago to support the People Core team. The team is responsible for developing data analysis and strategic projects that help the organization be more assertive and data-driven. The team has just created the People Data Lake (Redshift), and the next steps include accelerating data basis integration (Redshift wave 2.0), evolving on dashboards for stakeholders, and conducting predictive models for turnover and headcount.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You have experience in People Analytics and are passionate about data-driven decision-making.
- You have expertise in SQL, AWS Redshift, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience building models using Python or R strongly recommended.
- You have strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities.
- You are a skilled leader and have experience managing a team of at least three individuals.
As a Data Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the Data team and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data projects and analyses.
- Own and deliver People Analytics studies that provide actionable insights to stakeholders, including employee satisfaction surveys, statistical models for predicting headcount and turnover, and other relevant analyses.
- Build, track, and report on people metrics indicators to inform decision-making and track progress towards strategic goals.
- Evolve the data platform integration with Redshift (Wave 2.0), ensuring operational excellence and consistency across data reporting.
- Develop and prioritize a backlog of data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors, communicating findings and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide deep expertise in People Analytics, guidance, and mentorship to the team to support their professional development.
