**Requisitos**:
- University degree in Business, Engineering or related field;
- Experience in Purchasing and/or negotiation in a supplier/customer relationship;
- Strong negotiation skills / Cost management /Financial analytics abilities;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Motivated by change management and ability to drive change;
- Positive attitude, service minded and target oriented approach;
- Strong team player with the ability to lead;
- Ability to be open minded, to encourage collaboration and to add value with a continuous improvement mindset;
- Multicultural experience is an asset;
- Automotive experience is a plus.
**Atividades**:
- Lead the purchasing activities on your scope with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the customers maximum satisfaction;
- Negotiate QDCFTSR of the supplier base under your segments.;
- Perform purchasing activities related to sourcing, contracts, ordering, cost improvement, logistics and financial flows to the suppliers;
- Make sure the segment strategy is updated / implemented through the selection of the right suppliers, and by continuously challenging supplier QDCFTSR performance by using tools and purchasing/cross functional network during production and after production for Revenue segments.
