**Atividades e responsabilidades**

• Análise e estruturação de bases dos novos produtos de manutenção e projetos Industriais.
• Desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias de manutenção.
• Gerenciamento de equipes, rotinas, sistemas e custos de manutenção.
• Desenvolvimento, validação e execução de projetos industriais.
• Entrevistas e escolhas de principais parceiros de negócios e melhores sistemas.
• Elaboração de diagnóstico holisticos e aprofundamento na área de manutenção e projetos industriais.
• Construção de budget de manutenção e capex industrial.

**Competências profissionais**

• Experiência de implantação de gestão de manutenção;
• Experiência de execução de gestão de projetos em metalurgicas;
• Experiência com montagens de estruturas metálicas;
• Experiência com soldagem e pintura;
• Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em industrias (química/ alimento/ bens de consumo/ bebidas).
• Formação em engenharias.
• Conhecimento de Normas Técnicas (NRs);
