**Atividades e responsabilidades**:

- Análise e estruturação de bases dos novos produtos de manutenção e projetos Industriais.
- Desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias de manutenção.
- Gerenciamento de equipes, rotinas, sistemas e custos de manutenção.
- Desenvolvimento, validação e execução de projetos industriais.
- Entrevistas e escolhas de principais parceiros de negócios e melhores sistemas.
- Elaboração de diagnóstico holisticos e aprofundamento na área de manutenção e projetos industriais.
- Construção de budget de manutenção e capex industrial.

**Competências profissionais**:

- Experiência de implantação de gestão de manutenção;
- Experiência de execução de gestão de projetos em metalurgicas;
- Experiência com montagens de estruturas metálicas;
- Experiência com soldagem e pintura;
- Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em industrias (química/ alimento/ bens de consumo/ bebidas).
- Formação em engenharias.
- Conhecimento de Normas Técnicas (NRs);
