**Policy Campaign and Programs Manager, Reality Labs, LATAM Responsibilities**:
- Oversee our long-term Metaverse policy engagement strategy, connecting the work of various public affairs functions to produce a coherent narrative and set of initiatives that help policy stakeholders to understand the Metaverse and see their role within it.
- Coordinate with the wider LATAM Public Policy team to create a coherent, responsible offer of AR/VR experiences to the region, including the design, implementation and measurement of Metaverse policy programs.
- Lead conversations with Meta’s local Public Policy teams around the region and devise proactive strategies for supporting their engagements on long-term issues with policy makers, civil society, academics, and industry partners.
- Work with experts in government, industry, academia, nonprofits and early adopters to solicit feedback and create partnerships that underpin a responsible and inclusive approach to building for the Metaverse. Particular areas of focus include economic opportunity, privacy, safety and integrity, and equity and inclusion.
- Serve as liaison between the LATAM Policy Programs team and Reality Labs.
- Lead the coordination and organization of offline and online events, including collaterals, training, strategic dialogues, research and outreach.
- Represent the LATAM Public Policy branch in meetings with senior internal stakeholders around the Metaverse.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Longstanding passion for the Metaverse and understanding of the potential use of XR technologies for development and social inclusion.
- Track record of mobilizing disparate actors in a large organization toward a common goal.
- Outstanding level of self organization and ability to design systems and processes at regional scale.
- +8 years of work experience in political/advocacy campaigns and program management at international level.
- Experience shaping and delivering a compelling, aspirational narrative.
- Experience managing multiple third party agencies to support external engagements.
- Ability to deliver through third parties (agencies, partners, etc.)
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully and creatively.
- Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.
