**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing and issuing commercial offers
- Drafting and negotiating commodity sales & purchase contracts
- Ensuring smooth and fast document flow between all parties
- Monitoring execution of agreements, coordinating actions, and providing support on all delivery and fulfillment matters
- Handling business correspondence and translation when needed
- Managing cash flows, invoices, and payments in line with contracts
- Reporting on deals and maintaining accurate records in internal systems

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of proven execution experience in brokerage or grain trading
- Deep knowledge of FOB (domestic Brazil) and CIF (international) contracts
- Strong understanding of ocean, sea & river transport logistics
- Higher education (Economics, Law, Transport & Logistics preferred)
- Fluent English — mandatory; Spanish — advantage
- Knowledge of Incoterms, GAFTA, FOSFA
- Tech-savvy: CRM, ERP, Office tools
- **PJ / contractor arrangement** (self-employed / freelance contract)
