We're opening a new office in Curitiba, Brazil, and we're looking for strong Grain Brokers who want to earn more, scale their client portfolio, and work in an environment where synergy = results.

What We Offer Compensation — 100% Commission-Based. No Base Salary. Higher Than the Market.

• Commission rates higher than the industry average.
• No earning limits — you take as much as you can from the market.
• Payments between the 1st and 7th of each month. No delays. No excuses.

• FOB/CIF, CPT/DAP by sea and land — full geographic freedom depending on your real expertise and experience.

• Execution team handles the operational side — you focus on clients and results.
• Marketing, finance, documentation, insurance — fully covered inside the system.

What We Expect from You

• 5+ years in agro commodity brokerage/trading.
• Strong market expertise (Corn, Soybean, SBM), especially in Brazil and neighboring regions.
• Active client portfolio or the ability to build and scale one.
• Languages: English + Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
• A desire to earn — not just to work.
