**Position Overview**:
This position requires a unique combination of business acumen, Technology skills, project management skills, change management expertise, and an in-depth understanding of IBU and LATAM landscape.

Initial focus on AI and Automation - ensuring those initiatives create the necessary impact within LATAM, Secondary focus may be Data and Analytics (Depending on IBU BI&A definitions)

The role is designed for high-potential leaders who will collaborate closely with senior management to execute high-impact initiatives within the HUB.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in partnership with Business Transformation Associate Director and with Senior Functional Leaders to develop a Project Hopper toward key strategic pillars.
- Drive transformational initiatives that involves technology for LATAM
- Influence the process standarization, Global resource usage and regionalization of process.
- Identify opportunities to drive reach and scale across the LATAM markets.
- Develop key measures of success, to keep track of strategic pillars, and monthly objectives.
- Contribute to affiliate and hub strategy development.
- Customize the TEAM LILLY Global/ IBU campaign for the Hub's context.

While this role has no direct reports, it is expected that the person will effectively deliver through peer coaching the collaborative execution of lead team, affiliate, and HUB objectives. Specifically, to be effective in the role, close collaboration is required with:

- LATAM Leadership
- Key Global functional leaders

**Requirements**:

- English Business level
- 4-6 years of experience with a proven track record
- Demonstrated ability to work with & through others to achieve results.
- Self-directed and action-oriented with a strong bias for action and execution.
- Strong ability to influence without authority.
- Exposure to key Tech processes such as Innovation, Automation, A.I. and digital transformation.
- Demonstrated engagement and success in team culture-building

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
