Job Summary

Trains under guidance to develop basic business knowledge and technical skills to become an Associate Designer professional. Trainee will demonstrate learned knowledge of the whole portfolio applicable to the Category in focus, including functionality, taste identification, understanding ingredient interaction and limitations. Learns the skills required to operate safely and effectively within a laboratory environment. The trainee will support senior Designers in IFF’s internal and external projects.

Responsabilidades / Descrição:

- Sob orientação, aprende habilidades fundamentais de design e conhecimento do portfólio aplicável na Categoria em foco
- Compreende a funcionalidade básica e o desempenho do portfólio aplicável à Categoria em foco
- Exposição ao portfólio completo; Técnicas de avaliação e seleção de projetos relevantes
- Capaz de operar e manter equipamentos de laboratório e piloto
- Explora novos ingredientes/tecnologias e entende por que/como funciona nos diferentes produtos ou soluções em projetos finais
- Amplia a compreensão de negócios de outras funções: Produção, Controle de Qualidade, Vendas e Marketing e Experiência do Produto (PX)
- Deve demonstrar uma abordagem proativa para o aprendizado
- Exibe capacidades para operar como membro da equipe

Requisitos:

- O nível mínimo de entrada é um diploma universitário / universitário em Ciência e Tecnologia de Alimentos ou disciplinas relacionadas (como Química, Bioquímica e Nutrição Humana)
- Nível de entrada, preferencialmente 0-1 ano de experiência de estágio em trabalho semelhante/tempero/indústria de sabores
- Conhecedor em segurança alimentar, matérias-primas, regulamentação alimentar, saneamento e processos produtivos

Desejavel:

- Experiência em laboratório/desenvolvimento de bebidas
- Básico em ingles e espanhol
- Pacote Office
