You will participate in a 18-24 month program that combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training and project management opportunities. **The Program**: - You will be assigned up to five different rotations to get a strong understanding of all areas essential for Givaudan - Quality Management Systems. - During each rotation, you will be assigned to a "Senior Leader" to oversee your time, work and training in that area. - The functional teams are: Quality Management, Food Safety, Global Global Quality Systems, Customer Quality Services and Quality Lab Excellence - You will participate in technical process improvement projects - You will learn to confidently carry out problem-solving sessions using recognized root cause failure analysis principles/methods **You?** Are you quality conscious, with an inquiring mind and a strong work ethic? Are your troubleshooting skills finely tuned? Are you someone who thrives being in a culture where you can express yourself in a creative team environment?
