**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Director of Indirect Sourcing** to join our leadership team in Group Supply Chain. This leader role is crucial in driving the strategic direction of our procurement processes and ensuring the efficient supply of indirect commodities on a global scale with the following the key responsibilities.
- You are welcome to join us from any of the following locations: Sweden (Stockholm, Sundsvall) and the USA (Nashville, Milwaukee, or Belleville)._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience in managing indirect sourcing and supply chain efficiency
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with supplier and contract management
- Solid understanding of budget management and financial reporting
- Ability to build and maintain a global stakeholder network
- Knowledge of procurement compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market intelligence and supplier analysis
- Experience leading procurement initiatives and category strategies
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and digitalization in procurement
- Strategic mindset with a focus on cost optimization and value creation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environment

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required, an advanced degree is preferred
- Extensive experience in global sourcing environment, particularly with indirect commodities incl. logistics
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex supplier relationships and lead diverse teams
- In-depth understanding of global sourcing practices and market trends, with the ability to leverage insights for strategic advantage
