Partnership Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished partnership development professional to spearhead our partnerships and business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming strategy into actionable execution, building scalable processes, mentoring managers, and driving results-driven outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing partnerships/BD team (6-8 members)
  • Plan, prioritize, and monitor performance to meet strategic targets and objectives
  • Represent the team in senior leadership meetings and effectively communicate goals and expectations
  • Support managers in negotiations, deal prioritization, and partner activation initiatives
  • Engage in high-level discussions with strategic partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and growth for new team members
  • Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and risk teams to drive cross-functional success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships or BD, preferably in fintech or iGaming
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 3+ people
  • Proven track record in high-risk industries
  • In-depth market knowledge: CIS, LatAm, Asia
  • End-to-end partnership cycle expertise
