**Marketing Intelligence Manager - Brazil**
- Leadership in the area of Business intelligence and Pricing in Brazil
- Responsible for generating business and market data for corn, soybean, sorghum and seed treatment business
- Responsible for creating the commercial campaign with price list and control tracking of sales orders throughout the year
- The role owns the Marketing and coordinates the entire relationship to the local/regional teams in different levels

**About the Requirements**
- Support to define and implement direct category material sourcing strategies based on extensive knowledge of the relevant supply markets and consolidated business requirements.
- Relationship with different teams to guarantee the correct communication between the strategy and business.
- Development of data tools to support the business decisions - market research, digital tools and dashboards.
- Provide support to the Business Units as required.
- Identify and engage with all relevant stakeholders in different levels in Business.
- Negotiate, finalize, publish and maintain agreements / contracts with Research companies.
- Assist in collecting and validating data / information.
- Identify key issues and risks to the Business.
- Organization and coordination of the data communication inside of company.

**About the Skills**

**Education**

Preferably academic degree in Agronomy, Economy, Engineering, Business Administration or adequate.**Work Experience**
- Working experience in the area.
- Relevant experience in marketing at a multinational company, preferable in agricultural products or production.
- Experience in leading marketing activities, working in cross functional teams.
- Experience in managing data.
- Preferential to have experience in pricing.
- Experience in relevant IT systems (MS Office, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce and other).

**Technical know-how & qualifications**
- Technical, economical, and commercial knowledge at least in one of the following categories: Business intelligence and/or Pricing.
- Understanding of business intelligence tools.
- Budget management skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Time management skills.
- Computer literate (advanced Excel user).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
- Identify key issues and risks to the Business
- Organization and coordination of the data
