Aon is currently recruiting for a Regional Client Manager to join our team in Health & Benefits team in Latam.
- This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our office._

**What the day will look like**
As part of an industry-leading team, this position aims to manage a portfolio of multinational clients that are complex due to their geographic dispersion, risks, insurance and profits. You will report to the Multinational Segment Head.
- Responsible for achievement of budget associated to revenue and SPTI of segment;
- Responsible for all types of revenue;
- Provides strategic insights to Regional Clients, to help set the strategy for growth opportunities across the region;
- Dedicates time with Regional client contacts, to gain in-depth knowledge of their business priorities and challenges;
- Facilitates critical relationships between clients, service teams in each country /sub-regions and insurers;
- Ensures client service team understands client needs and governance across the region; engages with service teams & delivery methods;
- Leads stewardship planning and delivery that must be rendered;
- Monitors client satisfaction; reports and resolves client issues and concerns and reviews client expectations to ensure relationship is mutually acceptable and beneficial;
- Promotes projects with appropriate resources to achieve efficiencies in regards of client expectations and needs;
- Guidance to develop and implement the renewal strategy;
- Coordinates with service teams for the development and delivery of renewal strategies;
- Assigns appropriate processes and teams - if applicable;
- Actively drives client penetration and new business with existing and potential new customers through the introduction of products, services, lines of business and industry expertise;
- Builds, continuously updates, and aligns resources - service teams in countries
- to execute our Client Value Creation Model and Articulating Value, delivering best standards;
- Understands regionally-aligned thematic client needs and promotes the Aon brand;
- Promote relevant cross-selling opportunities and Aon capabilities and solutions;
- Serves as a key contact / focal point for clients specifically in strategic discussions such as: renewals, escalation of issues, M&A’s, new strategies, new challenges, new solutions, and other regional matters;
- Acts as a leader within countries and local colleagues helping them deliver the best solutions, putting together the best talents of Aon in order to have the right resources reverting fast responses to multinational managed clients;
- Create a regional guiding principles for each regional account and make sure countries will follow those guidelines and implement what has been promised to client.

The Regional Customer Manager is responsible for serving global customers, focusing on Latin America, coordinating priorities that support growth plans, driving and supporting the implementation of various customer projects.
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience with prospecting and sales, customer service and generation of developments/initiatives such as Value Proposition, Sales Campaigns, etc;
- Proven experience of representing the firm before large and complex clients;
- Experience with Insurance brokers, Insurance companies, other risk, insurance and profit companies;
- Ability to communicate and connect easily; and to deal with complex, ambiguous, and fast-changing situations;
- Goals and deadline orientated;
- Self-driven and motivated, with an ability to show initiative in all situations;
- Strong confidentiality and able to work/deal with highly sensitive information;
- Analytical capabilities and critical thinking to drive strategic insights to improve the business;
- Educated to university degree level;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Influence and engagement;
- Background experience in Insurance Market and Spanish are differentials;
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
- Desired Portuguese;
- LATAM based.
