We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Channel Account Manager to join our organization in the South American Sales Team.

The Mission:
She/He will drive strategic growth in international markets by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the business anticipates and meets customer needs for predictable and scalable success.

**Responsibilities**:

- To identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries. The 2 different areas will be Civil Engineering and Mining.
- To plan, design, develop, and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.
- To make sure that the existing clients are maintained and loyal while developing new customers.
- Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, and sales, and within the given time scales.
- To constantly review the distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to management.

**Requirements**:

- Strong business acumen, with 3 to 5 years of experience in international sales, business development, or strategic growth roles, preferably in services or equipment sales.
- Proven success in developing new business in fields such as sensors or Worldsensing sectors (Civil Engineering, Oil & Gas, Mining, Environment).
- An engineering degree or a strong geotechnical background is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
- Willingness and availability to travel extensively (40-50% of the time).
