**BRAZIL TTS BUSINESS MANAGER**:
**LEVEL: C14 - SVP**

The Brazil TTS Business Manager is a senior-level position playing a key leadership role by holding primary responsibility for monitoring the performance of the TTS business in Brazil, as well as the overall administrative activities of the business, by driving strategy, financial performance, and refining the operating model and frame priorities to be aligned with the overarching TTS strategy on a global and regional level, as well as with the general Citi strategy for the country.

**KEY REPONSIBILITIES**:

- Exercise wide latitude in discretionary decision-making authority to liaise closely with regional and local business heads and senior managers to develop and manage the implementation of strategies that are functionally aligned with business requirements and objectives.
- Responsible for providing senior management with recommendations pertaining to strategic decision policy-making authority across the business that includes investment spend initiatives and direct expense targets and tasks.
- Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams
- Provide financial insight into product profitability and monitoring expected performance.
- Measure and monitor expense control and approval across the business for restricted commodities such as vendor contracts for financial services, clients events, travel approvals and prioritization of head count replacements depending on business necessity.
- Execute vendor management activities, including ensuring legal requirements are met and coordinating contract negotiation and processing
- Responsible for directing the planning, reporting, and analysis of key performance indicators to understand the financial condition and performance of various TTS products, segments and distribution networks, and making strategic decisions regarding how to align key business objectives with Citi’s overall financial goals
- Develop, implement and execute business strategy to support our organic and inorganic growth targets. The individual will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of all Latam Commercial Cards Product and Implementations Business including oversight for the P&L management, budgeting, and people management for these teams.
- Partner with senior members of the TTS Regional and Global Management Team, building and maintaining strong partnership among the ICG Cluster and Business Heads to ensure full alignment.
- Deliver the financial commitments in a fast growing country - drive a balanced scorecard
- Build and maintain strong partnerships among partners in country to ensure full alignment. Partner with Operations & Technology to assure product delivery within standards and to reengineer existing products to gain efficiency and market expansion.
- Create and strengthen a “One Citi” environment to maximize the cross sell potential of the firm
- Drive overall customer centric experience initiative.
- Expand TTS market presence through customer events, media, speaking engagements etc.
- Ensure TTS is the “Employer of Choice” in order to attract, motivate and retain top talent. Focus on building and maintaining high performing teams. Create and maintain a diverse, inclusive and well balanced employee population
- Share best practices across the region and other country business**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
- Management experience, preferably in a financial services role
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
