**About the team**:
Working in the Education Delivery Support role, the intern will work closely to the Education, Operations, Marketing and Delivery teams

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Education Delivery Support

**Location**: São Paulo, Brazil

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Support the Education Delivery team on daily project tasks
- It is also part of the Intern duties to run reports and KPIs that allow to monitor the results of the programs.
- Create proposals and quotations
- Perform follow up activities with customers coordinated with the sales team
- Translate training content from English and Spanish to Portuguese
- Coordinate Customer facing events and ensure high quality standards
- Support the global Education Demand Generation and Communication Programs and tools
- Understand SAP Education course and course participants databases and reporting systems
- Understand SAP SEN tool to support ongoing projects
- Perform system tests and documentation on the above area
- Manage documentation translation process

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Studying Business Administration, Communication or Marketing (2nd to 6th semester);
- Expert of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, access) is required;
- Enthusiasm to learn the SAP Education portfolio, industry characteristics, business models, etc;
- Problem solver profile;
- Fluency in English is mandatory & Spanish is a differential
- Good level of Portuguese writing skills
- Basic concepts of Finance, KPI analysis,
- Experience extracting and administrating large databases is a plus;
- Teamwork;
- Very Good oral and written communication skills;
- Initiative;
- Self-driven and result focus - Ability to work with low direct supervision
- Ability to learn and execute many tasks at the same time;
