- Manages client employee data related to new hires, terminations, personnel master file changes and employee time via upload to and from third party vendor.
- Researches and responds to all payroll questions and inquires via Case Management System.
- Performs peer check audits of all data files submitted to vendor for processing.
- Corrects data entries errors identified through audits.
- Works Tier 2 payroll inquiries from employees in case management tool within specified contracted Service Levels.
