Now we’re looking for **BDM SMB Microsoft** you will be responsible to achieve your quota, by positioning, educating, and selling company products portfolio to SMB customers and preventing their churn across assigned territory. Must have experiences in selling cloud and SaaS to SMB customers, supporting, and driving their digital transformation.

**What you’ll do**:

- Proactively approach SMB customers by articulating and presenting company cloud and services portfolio, value proposition and benefits to attract, support and drive their digital transformation.
- Establish, develop, maintain long-term relationships with customers to become their trusted advisor.
- Execute SMB sales process including customers prospecting, building, and managing pipeline.
- Leverage company marketing programs to maximize sales and extend customers portfolio.
- Work to generate new sales opportunities by regular monitoring the market, trends, and competition, and by leveraging company competitive advantages on assigned territory.
- Build and maintain required knowledge to drive effective sales of company products.
- Cooperate with sales and cross-functional teams to maximize sales and impact.
- Track and manage opportunities, build forecast using company tools and sales process.
- Report sales progress and activities following internal requirements and rules.

**Profile requirements**:

- 3 + years of sales to SMB customers, Inside / Tele sales experiences will be a benefit.
- 2 + years public cloud and / or SaaS selling experience.
- Microsoft cloud products knowledge will be a benefit.
- Ability to communicate and sell to various levels of decision makers, from IT administrator to C-Level.
- Ability to interpret technical features into business benefits and to communicate them effectively.
- Presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems experience.
- University degree.
- Language: English
