**Position Description**

We’re looking for a Product Specialist for our Finance Solutions & Trade Credit platforms. You’ll work with a cross-functional team responsible for delivering our next generation credit platform to some of the leading brands across Latin America. You’ll work in close collaboration with stakeholders from across the business including engineering, data science, analytics and senior leadership. We’re looking for someone with the same passion that we have for simple, insightful solutions and big impact.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Define the scope, and product / technical requirements for cross functional development teams.
- Work with business teams in multiple geographies across the company to build business cases, set strategy and define timelines.
- Follow-up with design, QA, and development teams on evolution of in progress initiatives, mitigating and communicating risks to stakeholders.
- Assist with the development of business plans.
- Assist in the planning of new product releases and launches.
- Schedule and perform product training sessions and demonstrations as needed.
- Identifying new market opportunities and relay this information to Product Managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ship fast and often with a vigilant focus on customer success.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years product experience including business analyst, product development, and/or product requirements.
- Experience in and familiarity with microservices / API oriented products, payment gateways, billing workflows or ERPs.
- 3+ years with an Internet, e-commerce, SaaS, cloud software and/or financial services companies.
- **Fluency in English and Portuguese**:

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Voracious appetite for discovering “whole product” experience and help us deliver it.
- Technical know-how—you have a solid understanding of how software is made and how it works.
- Demonstrated ability to work in projects across functional teams, including technical, engineering, marketing and design teams.
- Comfort working with remote co-workers.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
